Harold was fantastic. Spent time talking with me to determine what I was looking for, made insightful observations and valuable suggestions to help me clarify what I was looking for. He then set about looking for a property. He provided me with updates, as often as many times in the day. We toured several possible properties, evaluated pros/ cons of each. He wasn’t pushy and, indeed, would occasionally point out drawbacks to properties as if to say, “I don’t think this is the one for you” even though he doesn’t get paid until I close. The end result was finding a property that had what I was looking for in the area I wanted. The buying process went incredibly smoothly. He coordinated with necessary parties (my lawyer, other realtor, etc) and kept me updated with “what’s next.” When setbacks occurred, he would explain the problem and propose solution(s) until we successfully closed on the property. Could not ask for a more experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, or available realtor. Highly recommend for your real estate needs.
